First, we should svae the Files just in Case. Create a Folder on Your Desktop and name it ... don't know ... name it simply b or use what suits You. the Name has now Meaning. It is only to have a Folder Name. Then open the Terminal and type:
sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list.d/* ~/Desktop/b/
The * makes that every File from this Folder will be copied. When done, check the Folder if the Files are really in there. Then, You have to delete the Files in sources.list.d. To do that, type the Terminal:

The * makes that every File in the Folder will be deleted. You can check if the Files are deleted when You open the File Manager and in the Path Bar at the Top type /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ and press Enter. Then, You should see an empty Folder.
