Currently, Nautilus on Zorin is at version 42. In more recent distros, Nautilus is already at version 45. I would like to know how to update Nautilus on Zorin OS. Grateful.
On many Rolling Release distros, you can find later or beta packages.
Zorin OS is based on LTS and provides long term stability.
Updating Nautilus may break dependencies and create conflicts: Please do so at your own risk.

Nautilus is on these Distros on Version 45 because they have the Gnome Version for that. But that are Rolling Release Distros or In-between Distro's.
But Zorin has a LTS Base and a lower Gnome Version. So, Nautlius is on a lower Version, too.
