Nautilus file manager settings/preferences

Hello

I have just installed Zorin. Linked a google account but I am having problems viewing thumbnail images in the remote good account in nautilus. I can see local images as thumbnails. Have done some reading about changing the preferences to allow remote thumbnail views but in my nautilus file viewer I have no options at all for preferences, edit etc - nothing associated with setting up file preferences? when I right click on a file or a folder within the file manager I have no options to set preferences, only properties.

This may have more to do with how Google encodes its metadata than in Nautilus or Thunar File managers.
I have looked deeply into this issue before only to find it is a Google Issue that Google has marked as "Wontfix".

I note I do not have this issue with Proton, Sync, Pcloud, etc.
