In Zorin 17 (used to happen in 16 as well) I have to enter my password twice to properly unlock the screen after the lockscreen has come on.
Basically I enter my password the first time, and it does unlock initially but within 1/2 a second it goes back to the password prompt to unlock again. Usually the second time the screen fully unlocks and I can continue working.
