Nemo Right Menu Choices

Using Z17 Pro Zorin Desktop on Xorg .... when I right click on an something and try to Open With I get 2 choices .....

Associated program
Configure programs

But I don't see the ability to choose another program from a list of apts to open these files .....

Where did that choice go I remember using it before but now it is gone .....

This item comes up when you choose Configure Program and I have no idea what it is or how to use it ..... I just want to choose another apt to open these files .....

I found it I had to open the file using pictures in Nemo/ Pictures instead of my photo program ..... but it would be nice if this choice would appear in XnView MP as well ....
