[HOW TO] add a grub parameter

There may be times that a user must add a specialized grub parameter in order to overcome an issue. The purpose of this guide is not to provide parameters, as that would be a case by case basis. Be sure to note that you are adding the snd-intel-dspcfg.dsp_driver=2 parameter, not nomodeset and to run sudo update-grub after before you reboot and test.
