I happen to have built a computer with an RTX 2060 Super where there is no VGA, and have been using an old monitor with VGA through an adapter with it for half a year now. Everything works fine except that that adapter doesn't show BIOS, only Windows. But this is fixed with another adapter), which in turn distorts the colors. Anyway, living in adapters for now
