Could You post some Hardware Specs of Your Machine? CPU, GPU, RAM etc.
Do You have a Dual-Boot System?
Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in the BIOS turned off?
Because it cause Issues. Please take a Look at it and when they are active, turn them off and then try if the System runs.
