No lenovo laptop boots zorin from usb - our mistake?

We worked fine with mint on hp. our new laptops are from lenovo and we don't succed installing zorin pro from usb as usual. they always stay on windows, impressingly stable. has anybody solved the problem?
we would be thankful for any idea.

Are secure boot, fast boot, turned off?

thank you carmar. we had secure boot disabled, not fast boot. we will try.
