No sound after install on vestel 2-in-1

This issue isn't specific to zorin as both chrome os flex and ubuntu budgie didn't work with internal speakers but it works with bluetooth earbuds
inxia output is
V-TAB-1041:~$ inxi -A Audio: Device-1: Intel Atom/Celeron/Pentium Processor x5-E8000/J3xxx/N3xxx Series Imaging Unit driver: N/A Sound Server: ALSA v: k5.15.0-46-generic

Tried everything in alsamixer to no result

My cpu is Intel Atom x5-Z8350 if that helps
