No Sound on Samsung Ion Laptop, Zorin 15.3

No Sound on Samsung Ion laptop.

Not microphone, not speaker works.

However, Bluetooth headset works.

Sound issues can sometimes be baffling in my experience.

Just to add:
You can check if any sound inputs/outputs are unexpectedly set as “muted”
From terminal (ctrl+alt+T) type Alsamixer.
