I'm on zorin os 16. The sound works fine when my headset is connected to my PC via bluetooth. But if it is connected by wire, then there is no sound at all.
How could I fix this problem?

I recommend to install PulseAudio from terminal for easy switching of the output devices.
sudo apt install pavucontrol

no, I already tried pvacontrol. It does not work.
ok..anyway, I don't know why, now the sound just works fine after I reboot my PC.
@turtleflying Do another boot and see if it is confirmed fixed for good.
Sound needs a magic wand. We know @FrenchPress has one of those
