Sadly having checked all 12 pages (Quanta HD Webcam), your webcam does not appear to be supported. I would advise you consider purchasing a Logitech webcam as a workaround or dedicated Linux kit from here:

Did You take a Look in the ''Additional Drivers'' Tab in Software & Updates if there are any Drivers are offered?

Check if the bios has a setting for the webcam, it's possible it's disabled since it is not reconized in your linux setup at all. Normally webcam drivers should come preinstalled.
