Hi, I don’t have noise-canceling headphones. Is it possible to use software to achieve something close to the real noise-canceling?

Once, I’ve used noise cancelling headphones, and what I heard was white-noise from enabling the noise-cancellation feature. Therefore, you could install audacity and edit your audio files with an overlay of white-noise sound.
Perhaps someone can tell you a way to program your computer to loop a white-noise audio file at all times.
