Also, Is there any way to stop that pop up from coming, I can live with sudo apt update. It is a real challenge to keep your Linux alive evryday without re installation
The pop up is back
But please do not yet run the GUI upgrader Tool.
Zorin OS does not yet have any Direct Upgrade option and Zorin OS 17 is not anywhere near release.
So... If you perform a release Upgrade at this time, it will break Zorin OS. You will have to reinstall the Operating System.
Can you please open the Settings app from the App Menu
Then navigate to Notifications. Move to the Applications tab.
Please post a screenshot of that screen.
Do not have the screenshot plugin, removed it after seeing one post on the forum. But, everything here is on urgent and active. Should I turn Something OFF?
Partly, this is due to the prospect that the release-upgrades prompt is set to never and yet, the system is offering to upgrade the OS to Ubuntu 22.04.
I removed this line, Cause I no longer use Hibernate. But, I Started to have boot problem. So, I used the advanced options for Zorin booted up and then added the line back. But, it gave me more boot problems. Took me to black command line. I Used advanced options again to log in but, What should I Do?
