Hello everybody. I have previously purchased Zorin 16 and wanted to re-download the image file.
I followed all the steps and did not receive a download link and looked in my junk folder. Hi, then decided to purchase version 17. RS receive the receipt however I have not received the download link
Is there something wrong with the email service or how can I get in touch with someone to get this link sent directly to me?
Your old download email for Zorin 16 pro should still have the links to download in it. I know mine does, you just have to find the email after so long , which can be fun sometimes haha. As for Zorin 17 not sending an email after purchase, that seems a little odd, but you said you got a confirmation email about the purchase?
