Just a note to newcomers from Windoze, if you do not want to get used to a new text editor, Notepad++ works perfectly on ZOS 17 (and therefore I am sure on ZOS 18 and later, later) when "Install as a Windows Application" is selected when installing it.
Be sure to select the option for a desktop icon, though.
Text Editor is not that hard to get used. I preferred to cut all times with anything Microsoft.
Each to his own. For me, it's about specifically Windoze and Office. I am fine with third-party software that works on Linux. I hope you're not a competitive gamer...
No Gamer, just cutting all things anything Microsoft/Windows. When I was preparing to switch I downloaded LibreOffice. And converted all my documents for "Word". All thing Windows is no more for me. It is a learning process.

Really, This is interesting. Did not know that. Have to look into. Thought everything that windows had. Had someway or another tied to windows.
