How can I have notifications on the top right side just like Mac does?

I too would like to see an improvement to Gnome extensions in OS 16. While the notifications are certainly not bad at all, there is always room for improvement. One of the things I don't like, is when the notification bubble goes away on its own after a few seconds.
Which then requires me, to have to look down at the taskbar and click on the main whatever its called, to see the notifications. This could easily be much improved if somebody took the time to make them. I am not a developer though, so its out of my hands.
