Nvidia X Server settings doesnt apply at reboot

Hello there,

I'm using ZORIN OS Pro version for a day now, and after configuring the X server (define resolution and 120hz instead of 60) I hit apply, I "save to X Configuration file", everything works fine, until I reboot.

The Xorg.conf shows the right config :

Any idea why ? How it can be resolved ?

thank you

Have you tried using xrandr to set resolution and refresh rate, instead?

Did you download the launch iso or the R1 iso ? If i am not wrong the nvidia driver got updated in the r4 releases including pro.

Try to update to 470.83 or 495.44
