So i bought odyss mybook pro14se and noticed that the mic isnt working im not really good at these kind of things but from what i understood is that the driver wasnt matching I thought deleting the driver and then just restarting the thing would make it work but unfortunately even the sound isn’t working now i spend hours trying to download the driver again but that did not help took it also to a technician and still no result does anyone please know how to fix this even just the sound

When You shouldn't have put too much Effort to set up the System and copy Data to it, maybe think about making a fresh Install.
