On Screen Keyboard opens automaticly

My On Screen Keyboard open automatically when i click into a Textbox.
Where do i change the setting so that i can only open it my Laptop is in Tablet Mode or when i click on the icon in the taskbar

This is an accessibility setting.

Settings >> Accessibility >> Typing >> Screen Keyboard
