Opencv-python Failed to install

During my HPLIP-3.21.2 install I got this message about opencv-python.

sudo -H pip2 install opencv-python (Scanjet-depend step 10)
warning: Failed to install this Scanjet dependency package. Some Scanjet features will not work.

Is this package important?

Not sure... But here is the package, just in case:
EDIT:

sudo apt install python3-opencv
