Where is the overview background file located?
Or can someone send it to me.

I want to use the same background for the login screen with GDM Settings.

Does GDM Settings works for You? I have made the Experience with it that it only changes the Time Format but for Theme and Background it didn't work for me on Zorin.

Personally I don't like that default background behind my own reduced background. When a user uses only 1 workspace as I do there's not really need to show the activities overview like that. But anyway allowing the users to choose whether to show this default background or not would be great in any case.

Maybe there in an extension to remove the activities overview?

In the Taskbar Settings You can deactivate the Activities Button, so it disappears from the Taskbar. But when you press the Super Key it is still active.

In Zorin Appearance in the Interface section you can set Super key to display the activity overview or main menu.
