Hi - complete NEWB here so please be gentle 
I have installed VMWare and Zorin lite.
When tring to install software from the Zorin catalogue I get the message "That didn't work, please try again"
I deleted everything and started from scratch paying extreme attention to my password. I am 100% confident that I am entering the correct password.

Hi adym, I just recently installed Zorin lite also and have also been having problems downloading from the Zorin software store. I am not sure if the problem is with Zorin lite or the software store. But I have noticed the problem seems to be with downloads from the Snap repository. I was finally able to download what I wanted so I would suggest you keep trying. If you put in the wrong password it won't even try to download so I don't think your password is the problem.
