I plug in my Pixel 5 and I usually get a notification asking me what I want to transfer. Since I just reinstalled zorin I am connected to zorin connect but in order to get my videos from my phone I need to connect it via USB.
I haven't touched my firewall settings. Its turned on and I have no VPN currently on. Any help ?
USB cables can vary. Some transfer only power - some power and data.
Try a different USB cable.
I have been too confident that I had the correct cable before, only to discover that I needed to use a different one.
On the phone, ensure you tap "Transfer Files" when connecting it via USB.
