So is it possible to pin suspend somewhere in the menu so it is more accessible? Ideally it would be best to put it nearby restart and power down buttons, or to taskbar.
There are Gnome extensions that add the suspend button to the start menu.
It should also be possible to go into standby mode by pressing the switch off button on the far right of the taskbar and then clicking again on the switch off button at the top of the opening window. A menu containing "Suspend" will then appear.
You can also define a key combination that triggers standby mode (you can do this under settings>keyboard>keyboard shortcuts).
In the power settings, you can also specify that pressing the power button, for example, puts the PC into standby mode or when you close your laptop. Or you can create a starter on your taskbar to suspend.
You could try the Gnome Extension ArcMenu and use that instead of the Zorin Menu. There You can add this.
