Open Gnome Software (the Software Center), search for it and click on the ''Install Button''. Over the Terminal type flatpak install com.github.PintaProject.Pinta but only when not installed the .deb Package from @Aravisian's Instructions.
Nautilus comes preinstalled. Did You uninstalled it?
I am going to point out that this is a conflicting command.
As the request above was for the .deb package, @FreeLilBird do not run both of these commands.
Either run the command for the .deb pacakge, only

Run the command for the flatpak package.
But do not install using both methods or you will give yourself a new headache.
