Plank Not Auto Starting

When I open my desktop Plank is not visible .... I have to go into Main Menu and click on Plank to get it to open ....

Any idea's how to make it open on desktop start ??? .....

nano ~/.config/autostart/Plank.desktop

add and modify following;

[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Exec=plank
Hidden=false
NoDisplay=false
X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=true
Name=Plank

But I'm not sure if Cinammon needs some specific lines, as this will work on Gnome.

Thanks Storm .... that appeared to work when I restarted .... Plank is now showing on desktop startup :+1: :clap: :beer:

We also have a convenient "Startup Applications" dialog. Just use the add button to give the name, description and command. The command to fill in is "plank".

P.S. - Plank has lots of good themes available on:
gnome-look.org.
