Please allow to move and resize a window to the half top of a screen

Hello,

I am testing Zorin and I would maybe jump from Linux Mint to Zorin but some basic features does not work like this one :

To move and resize a window, we use the shortcut Super + Left/Right.
Please integrate the shortcut Super + Up/down to move and resize the window for the top half or bottom half of the screen.

Lots of desktop environment does it. It is also very very usefull when you have a screen in portrait mode !!!

I appreciate your help for improvement

I do not believe Gnome comes with this... But as covered in the other thread, Cinnamon does and it is a useful feature of Cinnamon. You have the option to install it.

Looks like somebody forgot to put their Cinnamon desktops over their Zorin cores. Oh dear oh dear we are in trouble now. Somebody didn't get the memo.
