My laptop showed that it needed to restart and upon restarting the WiFi, Bluetooth, and App Library have suddenly stopped working
Was a software update (kernel update) performed before this problem. Hence the restart request.
You can quickly test by booting with previous kernel:
Boot the laptop.
From Grub Menu, select "Additional Options for Zorin"
from there select the previous version of kernel generic to boot.
Then test.

Can you reboot, then tap the esc or the tab key (Whichever gets the result) to pull up the Grub menu.
In the Grub Menu, arrow key down to Zorin on... the Previous kernel and highlight it to boot from (Not the one that says Recovery.)
Test if the earlier kernel is working.
