Why not give Flameshot a try? (I don't use it myself, but has been in Ubuntu repos since 18.04):
My daily go-to is Devuan 3.1.1 with KDE Plasma DE - I use Spectacle. You could always install KDE Plasma DE to Zorin, Spectacle is part of KDE Plasma.
