in floating windows and wine it is not possible to adjust the size of the window it is very small and almost nothing is visible

With floating windows do you mean that you can't resize any window or only those of some specific software? Wine window instead can't be resized, I checked and its size is fixed, for some reason some software doesn't allow resizing their windows. You may want to enable Large Text on Settings > Accessibility to see if you like it.
