I recently discovered that Peppermint OS has adopted Devuan. They have an xfce version on https://distrosea.com/
There are 85 distros you can try using the website without installing. Even Zorin Core is present.

WOW great site never knew it existed .... I wonder if Cinnamon DE can be installed as the desktop ??? ....
I spent some time today looking at Peppermint OS XFCE. It would suit someone wanting only the bare minimum of software installed. It includes Gnome Web Store, Synaptic and Flat Hub. And the XFCE start menu is basic but OK.
I think I would prefer installing Zorin 19 (when it arrrives) and then installing XFCE as DE, which gives you a complete working system, leaving the Zorin log-in intact.
By the way, I have Cinnamon installed on Zorin 18 Core as DE, alongside XFCE, so I assume it could be done on Peppermint OS.
