Hi, everybody. I’m walking my first steps in Zorin, everything works fine … but the printer. I use a Prink Prima Eco WiFi Scanner/Printer. I’ve installed the drivers and set up the printer, which is aknowlleged by the system, configurated as default printer. I’ve also connected it through usb and WiFi.
BUT …, when I order the printing of a document, the systems answers “Printing Stalled” (or something similar, my system language is Spanish), and stalled it stays. The printer window shows “Active printing works” and the queue with the document “Stalled”. No way of getting out of this circle. By the way, the printer works fine with other computer/devices. Thanks a lot for any help/advice!
