Printing to custom paper

I am trying to print to a custom paper size. Using a brother MFC-J5730DW printer and LibreOffice. If I print from a google browser page I can select the System dialog page and can set the the custom size but if I print from the LibreOffice app then I cannot get to this dialog. I can only get to the LIbreOffice print dialog. I am therefore looking for a way to force libreoffice to go to the system dialog or an alternative to LibreOffice. Has anybody any suggestions?

Welcome to the Forum!

You could try it on 2 Options:

On the first Option will open the Printer Settings. Maybe You can set Your needed Layout there. Maybe doing a Test Print then.

On Position 2, You have a Layout Choice Option. It is a Dropdown Menu.

Just to add, GNU/Linux can be frustrating. What I have discovered is when you setup the printer (manufacture agnostic), your initial settings stay locked, e.g,, duplex = false. You want to print something double-sided but you set the printer up to only print single sided - you need to unlock printer settings to change the defaults before doing something else. Recently I have been printing borderless prints - not possible in GNU/Linux - have to use Canon Proprietary Software on Windows 7 64-bit - when I tried in SoftMaker Office to print borderless, it rotated the output from A4 to A5 on glossy paper! Aaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh = :scream:
