Gentlemen, I've been trying for a few days now and I can't figure it out so I decided to write on the forum. I have Conky and Conky Manager installed, after downloading the Conky file e.g. from Conky - Gnome-look.org and putting it in the ~.conky directory I don't see it in the manager at all and after entering the Conky command in the terminal nothing starts. Please help me where I'm making a mistake? best regards and have a nice day
I'm not really familiar with the Conky Stuff but can it be that it is a Xorg/Wayland Thing? So, did You tried to change to Xorg and then set up the Conky Stuff?
As with themes, a conky must be precise in its path. You may need to ensure that the file is extracted, or in the correct path placement. For example, a folder within a folder inside of the theme can render conky or themes invisible to the system due to that subfolder disrupting the path.
