Problem with showing shared folders from Windows Server 2019

After joining to the domain network successfully in some reason when I connect to the shared folders they just randomly disappear and can't list them again until restart the computer. The error says "Failed to retrieve shared list from server: Network dropped connection on reset". This is when we connect via smb. Is there a solution for this?

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

This is an old thread but some answers may help:

or perhaps this:

I would also ensure you install any nfs named packages (network file sharing) listed in Synaptic Package Manager.

After all the attempts to solve as explained on the forum I still get a blank screen without any folders even though only half an hour ago it was showing all folders and I had access to all resources quite normally.

I had access to the folders by typing the command smb://te-dc-01

Now that it shows all empty again, I tried the command smb://10.0.0.253 but no luck!
