- Make sure that secure and fast boot is disable in BIOS.
- Do not choose "Download updates while installing Zorin.

I solved it by restarting everything and putting the BIOS into EIFI. One question: the touchpad seems to be slower. Any solution? I tried through settings but nothing
What device is your touchpad?

Doesn't matter. I restarted the pc and now the trackpad works very well!
