Hey so i purchased zorin 18 pro just last night and now that i want to download it, it says, access is disabled!? how am i isupposed to fix it because it has been more than 1 day and zorin support has not replied back to any of my mails.
please tell me what to do? i am impatient to try it out!

how to connect with zorin developers? like i just have their support email but it has been 24 hours since they replied to any of my mails on that email. apart from that do you have any contact information where i can reach out zorin developers?
I am sorry to hear you are having this problem. You might want to reach out privately to one of the forum moderators. They may be able to give the developers a "nudge" to look into this for you. I can't speak for them, but it's just an idea.

Because of Your Problem:
It can take some Time for Answers of the Support. But I will take the Thread and send them the Dev's. Maybe it goes a bit faster then. But I can't promise.
When I was trying to get help from Zorin on 17.3 Pro a couple of months back it usually took at least 24 hours to get a response. Now with all the version 18 issues don't be surprised if it takes longer. They have limited resources.
