Pxn v9 not recognized first time

yoooooooo.good and beautiful people of zorin.im once again back with a stupid question.
sooooo.this isnt a big problem at all so if this doesnt get fixed there is no problem
anyway.when i launch zorin,my sim racing wheel (pxn-v9) doesnt get recognized and doesnt give any kind of input when its connected.
also when i use the command lsusb,it doesnt show up.
so then i unplug and plug back in.whoosh it shows up again.

i mean it isnt much of a hassle unplugging and plugging back in but it resets after i boot again.so i have to do this everytime i restart.

also,during my previous zorin install.there was no need to do this.

anyhow,any and all help will be really really apreciated.

Did You take a Look at the Manufacturers Website if there are Instructions for using it with Linux? Maybe a Driver is needed.

Thanks ill check but i dont really remember installing one on my previous install when it worked just fine.

There is only one driver but I think it is for Windows.
