Question about wallpapers: Random Slideshow via Script possible?

Hi,

I have a few wallpapers which I want to have as a slideshow but with random “playback”.

I could not find any option in the settings (GNOME) and if I use Shotwell I can create a slideshow but I cannot set the playback to random.

So, my question is: Is there any possibility to get my wallpapers as a random slideshow? Maybe this is possible with a script?
