Radeon HD 8570 artifacts with some applications

I have some trouble with slack, Vscode and Joplin : on startup, the app looks like this :

Then, the display blinks and the menus are misaligned with the mouse mouvements.

Is it related to the graphic card ? I installed Zorin core on an old computer with a Radeon HD8570.
Should I upgrade this hardware ? If yes, do you have any advice ? I have no specific requirements, just need hdmi and DP ports.

Does this also happen in xorg display protocol?

No bugs with x11, only in wayland.
I'm going to stay with this protocol.
