I have some Razr Nari Ultimate headphones which connect with a USB Dongle when I plug the dongle in the sound manager shows Nari Ultimate mono in the sound devices but I cannot get any output from the headphones. Please be easy with me as I have a limited knowledge of Linux and the terminal.
You may need to click the Razer headphones in the sound manager. I have Arctis Nova Pro headphones that often do the same thing, because simply connecting them didn't make them default, and for whatever reason Zorin is defaulting to HDMI for audio or something unhelpful. You may also need to repeat this if you're playing a game and geting no audio, though if the game's sound settings will let you set the output device, you can generally do it there more easily.
You could try it with the Pulse Audio Volume Control. This is a Tool to set up Audio Input and Output. You can install it with the Terminal Command sudo apt install pavucontrol

Thanks very much I installed the Pulse Audio Volume Control and set them as the output device and after a restart they started working.
