In your screenshot, you can see on Line 26, the word you are looking for:
obscure
For future reference, you also can use ctl+f to open find the same way as you do on a webpage.
Use your arrow keys to move the cursor.
Move the cursor to the end letter of the word obscure
Backspace it out to its first letter.
Change the word obscure to minlen=1 by pasting or typing minlen=1 into that place where you removed the word obscure.
Save the file.
