I have never installed snap but did have some flatpak apps listed so I decided to remove some of them .... doing a search on the forum I found info from this command for the terminal ...... flatpak uninstall (app name) ..... worked great for 2 apps but then I uninstalled KDE A as I use a tether on my cell phone to hook to my computer so I didn't need it any more ....
This time it was not so straight forward and I had to choose a lot of other options I chose the (all) button for the next 2 choices and ended up removing flatpak .... which I really don't care about unless I did something to screw up my Zorin OS ..... did a reboot and so far everything seems to be normal .....
Here is a few photos of before and after .... did I screw anything up ????? ......
Thank you kind sir I got the terminal command ...... flatpak uninstall (app name) ...... from one of your posts .... I was mostly concerned about the NVIDIA driver as it was listed on the flatpak list but it appears to be OK ....
Everything that appears in the Flatpak list is for Flatpak packages only. This includes the Zorin Themes that are listed in Flatpak. They are there to allow for using the Zorin themes on Flatpak applications.
Knowing that flat software installs on ~/.var/app if some uninstallations leave their folder there I remove them. I hope it's enough and nothing is left across my system.
