Reset APT / software to default

Hello

I've messed up my software / apt update. I have lots of errors which I've tried to resolve with Ubuntu tutorials about reseting my source list and software repository, but I've made it worse!

Is there a way I can reset Zorin apt or software to default? My system was rock solid and I messed it up with updates. How can I reset my apt/software to default?

Please post your terminal output for:

cat /etc/apt/sources.list

ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d

Do You remember what exactly You did to mess it up? Beneath @Aravisian's Request, please post the Output of sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade so we can see the Errors.
