Restarting my computer properly problems question

Everytime I restarted my computer properly, there's no display and BIOS doesn't start up and it doesn't boot. I'm using my Dell optiplex mini tower 5080, AMD Radeon RX 640, i7 10700 CPU, 1 TB nvme ssd, 32 GB RAM and Zorin OS 17.2 even though I did update BIOS version

I have no problems while i was restarting my computer properly while I was using Linux Mint last time

In your BIOS Settings, are Secure Boot and Fast boot disabled?
Are you Dual booting with another OS?

Are you set to UEFI or Legacy boot?

Have you checked your Boot Order to ensure that your O.S. installed disk is first?

Have you tested this on a Different Kernel - to see if it is a Graphics related issue with AMD drivers?

Have you tested your CMOS battery to see if it is properly holding a charge?

You already knew that my Dell optiplex 5080 mini tower never has legacy boot because it's newer than 2019 and you already knew that it has NO enabling and disabling legacy boot in BIOS settings!!!!!!!!

I do not spend my time memorizing every persons specs and configurations across hundreds of requests.

My post contains a list of things you can check. If a particular suggestion does not apply to you, the logical course of action is to skip to the next.
