Hi,
Ristretto image viewer installed as default on lite 16 I then installed shotwell now I have no thumbnails on new videos everything is basically stock though I did install files 3.36.3 some time ago and all worked well, still have Thunar but thumbs not showing in either since shotwell install.
Any ideas?

Do you have tumbler and ffmpegthumbnailer installed? These two are required for thumbnail support in thunar
Hi, yea I must have as all was working fine before, it seems shotwell has changed something.
Does Thunar have an option on its settings to show thumbnails to media files that are larger than a specified size? If so, set it very low so all media files will show a thumbnail.
