Road Map of Zorin OS

Is there a road map for Zorin OS 17.x or 18? I really want to know what is going to come in the next versions.

No roadmap, unfortunately, at least none that has been made publicly available.

The Zorin brothers work under a "release when ready" policy, which means that there are no deadlines or specific dates for when we could expect any new updates and/or releases, or what will be included in them.
This lack of communication has been discussed before... for me, one of the biggest downsides.

That said, I think the single most significant change will be the version of the desktop environment. Currently, Zorin OS 17 uses Gnome 43, but it's currently at version 47 in its latest release. I would really like to see at least this since it introduces some very much anticipated features:

I'd like to volunteer to be their communication guy if they're looking for one. (Though I'm sure I'm one of the least technical person here...)

Yeah, Gnome 43 is old for us.

I still prefer Plasma, I can no longer stomach Gnome. I started out using KDE, moved to Gnome because it had better accessibility support, but accessible software such as Orca is no longer dependent on having the Gnome DE present as exemplified in KDE neonuser. Plasma offers a better, more familiar environment on the desktop. Plasma has Widget functionality built-in, Gnome requires Tweaks, an add-on that Gnome devs would rather not see exist.
