I used to use MobaXTerm in windows for some very slick terminal and remote access functionality. That's missing in ZorinOS (Remmina is close but doesn't quite cut it). Imagine my pleasure when I found that there's a flatpak which is even better than MobaXTerm already available: https://flathub.org/en/apps/io.github.totoshko88.RustConn.
The problem is this flatpak refuses to do RDP on my Zorin! I have tried to give it as many permissions as possible through flatseal, but no luck. The main problem is that I'm not even sure how to view detailed RDP logs in Zorin.
Can anyone offer pointers on getting flatpaks which need network access to work in Zorin? Is this distribution doing anything unusual with RDP that might prevent a flatpak from connecting to a remote windows 10 machine? Thanks for your thoughts in advance.
All I get from the app:

However, that port is up, and reachable. I can connect to it via Remmina just fine.
To be clear: not asking for help fixing the app if it really is broken on the app's side - I'm just a little surprised as people very obviously have it working in other distros. I'm looking for knowledge about getting network flatpaks like this one working in ZorinOS 18 Pro.
